Yep, let them do something positive on their way out.
Oh, and whining about human rights and the constitution: give a thought to the person(s) they killed that put them in death row. Their constitutional rights and human rights were brutally taken away from them first. If you play you must pay.

There are some really ignorant people out there also. Should we include them? I mean, gosh, if we are going to forget the constitution for a second, let's go crazy. Who else should we include? Abortion clinic employees?

I think I don't want to forget the Constitution. People on death row should be given the option to partcipate in testing.

You have got to be kidding!!!!!
Wrong wrong and wrong, inhumane and pretty Hitler-like. I think - MY opinion is that NO human being has any right to "test, crash", or anything of the sort to any other human with out explicit permission from a sound minded person. And any person of a sound mind would not consent to any such thing.

why not ,the government doesnt care about the constitution anyway unless it helps them to get ahead otherwise they dont follow it.given the choice im sure they would rather do testing than die anyhow.

In my town, some college students make extra money by oing medical tests...good enough for them, good enough for those on death row. We could do like Germany- use them as crash test dummies in new cars.

oh how far we have gone. testing on people, children - the orphans have been tested on for years by CPS, and this now? this country is going to hell.
maybe they should test whatever on the richest people in the world - the new world order. i would have no problem with that....yeah i would. maybe i am just not evil.

While we're at it, why not do the same to homeless people too. It's not like they ever make a contribution to society--this will be their chance. We'll make it a lottery like in the Shirley Jackson story!
Or maybe, just maybe, that's just a little too morally depraved...

I think your question should have been: Is it right that people on death row ARE being used for experimentation? They are being used for it, most are not aware of this fact.
