Its easy to say, "I'm a ____" ... if someone examined your life, would it be a good reflection of the beliefs that you claim?

I'm not talking about living a perfect life -- because none of us do -- but in general.

Very few people are actually what they say they are in the religious would. The people we all call the fanatics, or extreme are usually the only people that are truly trying to follow their religious belies. The bible is full of guidelines, so many, and so most 'Christians' just disregard 90% of them and chalk it up to imperfection. Did you know that 2 Christians should not face each other in a court of law? They should be able to handle it by themselves or have another Christian make the decision. So many little things that even other Christians accuse 'real' Christians of being extreme for practicing. Little dot hey know that the bible wants you to be extreme in your practice towards God.

I have no religious beliefs. However I know the truth of life or Being. What is not perfect? That is a religious belief, that things are not perfect. If a person knows they are not just there mind and body, what is there to save?

First of all, in admitting that I am fallible, I take responsibility for my actions both as a human and as a Christian. What is important for me to remember every minute of every day is that God is sovereign, and that no matter what I do, I can't possibly measure up to him. Next, in accepting Jesus I have gratefully acknowledged that He saved me from myself. That being said, I suppose in everything that I do I do for Him. And therein lies the hard part.
I am not arrogant enough to understand the mind of God. Once I understood that concept, I can understand that I can TRY to live for him, but that I am neither pious nor righteous. Not humble nor do I possess self control. All of these things and more are dependant on Jesus to help bring me through. I can say that I hear his voice, and I listen, but do not always heed, and that when I stumble, he helps me up, I repent and he forgives me.

I hope that makes sense. :)

People at work generally don't know what I believe. They know I have a belief of some sort but of what? That is my business. I'm not the type to socialize on the job. It's trickly business and I generally keep my religious and/or spiritual opinions to myself.

I am a Christian. I am a sinner saved by grace and I would hope that my walk is equal to my talk. I have joy and hope and peace in my heart, I know my Lord walks with me every step of the way. My life is not perfect, and I mess up on occasion. But I know where I will go when I die. That is a life based on love and not fear. I strive for transparency in my social and personal life. That people would not see me, but Christ who lives in me.

Actually, that 'fill-in-the-blank' is the hardest thing to say, but yes, my life perfectly reflects my beliefs, in general and in particular. How could it be any other way?

I'm not perfect and no one on here or in the world is. But my beliefs are holding fast to my lifestyle and how I maintain my family.

I live exactly according to the moral code of honor I've created for myself. I don't claim to be perfectly good or virtuous, but at the very least I can say I've harmed no one.

I filter most of what I think, do and say through the Word of God, the bible. Not that it always comes out the way it should *smile*..but I can tell you, it sure shows me how short of the mark I am!
