I would like to know does GMC have a recall on 2003 Envoy SLT trucks my fan clutch has gone bad. I need answers fast. I hear a loud noise and it drinks a little more gas than normal.

There is no recall, only a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for the 2003 GMC Envoy with the 4.2 liter engine. See link. This is a very common problem. Good luck!

There is not a recall for replacing the fan clutch.
You will most likely have to pay to have it replaced.

SORRY FOR THE BAD NEWS BUT THER IS NO RECALL FOR THE FAN CLUTCH,THEY COST TO MUCH & THEY ARE A PAIN TO PUT ON.THEY WILL FAIL "LOCKED"
& WILL EVEN BOG DOWN THE VEHICLE AT W.O.T.
