a reflection of a pier?

It is some seaweed in the ocean attached to a post. There are a few little fishies as well. The reflection looks like the post being reflected and distorted by the waves, am I close? I loved the wharf reflections on the ocean when I was a kid.

It's a pier covered in seaweed. And fish!
