If you're asking "how do I fire someone who is my daughter?" Then you fire her the same as you would fire anyone else.
If you want to fire her, then it's because she isn't good at her job and you want to remove her. So why should the fact that she's your daughter make a difference?
She has to learn that life is hard, and if she's constantly screws up, she must face the consequences. She will thank you for it in later life.

Obviously you own your own business and your daughter is an employee. Am I right? If so, and her performance is lacking, you need to act like she is any other employee. Sit her down in the office. Tell her the reasons you are letting her go. She isn't pulling her weight and it is affecting your business. It is going to be awkward at first. She will get over it. That is the one problem with hiring your own family. They think they can slack off because you are their boss and "you can't fire family". Bull. Tell her to go find a different job and try to do the same things that made you fire her there. Chances are she won't last a week there. Hope that works.

If you meant "How do you fire someone WHO IS your own daughter?" then I have some advice.
Tell her that to help keep the business prospering you need workers that do her job better. Tell her even though you are her parent, you need to treat all the employees equally.
I hope everything works out all right with you business and your daughter!

if you're saying you don't know how to fire your own daughter you should be ashamed not knowing how to tell your own daughter she is not fit to work under her own father......Just tell her she's fired, hey look at the bright side, if she doesn't have a job she could then come stay with daddy for a while

Just say I think you would be happier working for somebody else cause I know that you probably think I'm just picking on you and that I'm harder on you than anybody else. So, I want you to try and see if you will like anything else better that how it is working for me. That the onbly nice way I could think of!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

Tell her you want her to explore other options rather than working for her own father because she needs to gain experience in the real world. Tell her your doing in for her own good.
