As a Spanish Teacher, I can assure you that it is "tercera/blanca". "Tercer" is used with maculine nouns or if a feminine noun begins with an "a".

First of alll, you should know about " apocopes."
tercero (noun) gets shorter when it becomes in adjetive
yo llegué en tercero (noun) yo llegué en tercer lugar (adjetive)
second.
In the sentence that you wrote, the noun has female gender and you need to change the adjetives (blanco and tercero) to a female gender like this:
Casa (noun fem.) tercera (fem third). blanca (fem. white).
the correct form of the sentence is Vivimos en la tercer casa
blanca. Which it means. We are living on the third white house.
