Such as ground beef and chocolate. Maybe fudge, brownies, cake, ground beef, sirloin, steaks, ground chuck, etc.

Looking to combine these two ingredients to make a tastey yet retarded dish for my family.

Calzone Pie

Ingredients:
2 pounds frozen bread dough -- thawed
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 cup white wine
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 ounce semi-sweet chocolate -- grated
1/4 cup almonds -- chopped & toasted
3 egg whites -- stiffly beaten
1 yolk

Directions:

Saute the onion; stir in the meat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the wine and let simmer until liquid is evaporated. Stir in chocolate and almonds. Let simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in the beaten egg whites and remove from heat.

Pat the bread dough into two equal circles, using a rolling pin as needed. Place one of the circles in a greased pie plate. Pour the meat mixture over and top with other dough circle, pressing to seal edges. Prick top of dough with a fork. Brush top with beaten egg yolk and bake for 20 minutes at 400F.

My 1st thought was...Are you mad at your family? Then I remembered an excellent recipe with beef and chocolate. It called Mole'. Not the kind on your face. Pronounced Moe-lay. It's big with Latin recipes and is very good with chicken, but can also be used with beef and lamb. It makes kind of a gravy sauce. Hope that helps. See the link below for beef hearts with mole'. I just couldn't resist freaking the earlier commenting people. You'll either amaze your family or get kicked out. Good luck.

This recipe is not for the mole itself, it just uses it. Do a search at the web site for mole'.

Why don't you use Hershey's chocolate syrup instead of A-1 on your next steak?

chocolate hamburgers would look like brownies on a toasted bun. Very good and your family would love it and be amazed by your retardness.
