I heard it was possible to take Local transit from
Los Angeles to San Diego this means NO trains
but I'm not sure what lines to take can anyone help me?
and DO NOT TELL ME TO TAKE GREYHOUND..

Even on the train it takes a couple of hours. Do you not like trains? They are far more comfortable than the bus.

If you mean "Not Amtrak", you're in luck. Metrolink trains go as far as Oceanside. http://www.metrolinktrains.com/stations/detail.php?id=111
where they meet the Coaster, the San Diego commuter rail.

This is similar to how savvy people get from NYC to Philly. Rather than pay a hefty Amtrak fare, they the metro NYC and metro Philly commuter rails, which meet at Trenton with a timed, cross-platform transfer. For about 1/3 the price!

If you don't want ANY rail, you should be able to cobble up a route using MTA, OC Transit and surface transit from Oceanside. But it would be a long, long ride with many transfers... ouch!

No train and no bus = no possibility!
