It depends how much excersice and what type of excercise. It can be as fast as seeing a change right after. However, you need to continue to excercise in order to keep the weight off or lose more weight. You lose a lot of liquids from your body when you excersice and that changes your weight. It also depends what you have eaten or drank... your weight changes a couple pounds here and there all the time. To see some dramatic results, you'll need to work at least a couple weeks.

You don't see a result within 24 hours unless you are losing water. Many weight loss tea works because it get rid of water retention problem. If you have water retention problem and you sweat a lot during your workout (until your shirt is completely wet), then you will see an immediate effect.

If you are trying to burn fats, no result within 24 hours. The amount of weight loss is the difference between what you eat and what you burn. Control your input and exercise more will speed up the weight loss process.

Another way to speed up is to talk only alkaline food. Fats are created by your body trying to archive the excessive acid. Almost all food are acidic except most vegetables. Either read the book "pH miracle for weight loss" or visit http://www.fasteasydiets.com for more info.

You can't be serious? 24 hours?!? That is insulting to anyone who exercises there *** off regularly, anyone who does knows it's hard work! Any weigh loss which occurs in that amount of time would only be fluid lost through sweating - which you should always replenish after exercise.

Exercise should be part of your lifstyle, it's not a quick fix.

If you are serious about loosing weight then ditch the scales and invest in a tape measure. Muscle weighs more than fat so you could put on weight at first - don't let this discourage you, as muscle helps to burn fat! Focus on loosing inches rather than "weight".

For me, working out is not the source of my sudden weight lost, digestion and sleeping is.

Based on what you said, I would probably say you'd only see some weight loss progress after a week or so doing that exercise repeatedly. I don't often hear of people losing some weight after an intense workout, but if they find that they do, it's probably just water weight.

Scale can not measure difference in hours.

Intensive work out will get up your BMR basic metabolc rate which means you would loose more calorie in routine activities than you would do normally with a normal BMR . To loose a Kg you must loose 6000 calorie . So you count your caloriee you loose in work out v/s weight loss on the scale . But seriously this is not way to measure on scale . Keep working out days n months & relay on averages . Weight fluctuates everyday with your diet & work schedules that you have .

It depends entirely on your metabolism and your diet. If you eat well after an exercise, for instance, you'll digest the nutrition extra-efficiently, further helping you lose weight.
It also matters how often you exercise and what kind of exercise you're doing. Muscle-building exercises pay off not just in immediate weight-loss but (perhaps more importantly) in future weight-loss, because existing muscle absorbs a portion of future digested fats and carbs- a larger portion based on how much muscle there is, of course.

Healthy weight loss is a long term investment. Plan on losing 1-2 pounds per week with a healthy dieting and exercise program.

You should only weigh yourself once a week as your weight can flucuate by at least 3 pounds every day.

You might seee it right away-but probably not much.
Along with a healthy diet you can lose a nice amount(1-4lbs per week)but don't get upset if it's not going fast enough...you're gaining muscle and that counts.
don't weigh yourself but maybe once a week...otherwise you might give up.Sometimes you gain because of muscle/excess water....just pay attention to how your clothes fit and how you feel

The results you see immediately are probably just fluid loss from sweating, any real loss you won't see until the next day.
