Does this mean we are just lusting and there is no love between us? I want more than just lust with him, and he speaks to me about getting married as well.. Is he serious about our relationship or is it all lust that matters?

its all lust trust me. wait a couple of months (years) and ask yourself the same question. it happens to all young relationships

Maybe you guys are mainly physically attracted to each other...Hey it happens. If you really want to see what it could be Love or lust. Lay off the physical for a while and if things turn sour then you truly know it's LUST.

Something to do is try taking away the physical aspect of the relationship for awhile. I dont know how far you have gone, but stop the sex or the grinding and all the things like that and see whats left. If you two can still get along and communicate, and still in love, then it can work. But if all he wants is some booty, dump him like last weeks' trash.

It could be either but probably the best way to know for sure is too stop the physical relationship for awhile. Talk to him about it and let him know you want to build the friendship as well. I've honestly just gone through the same thing and we decided to cool it down a bit and just be friends.
