I need to find public records about an estate, and am having trouble finding anything online that is free. I am told that all public records are free, but there are companies that charge you to find what you need. I just want to elimate the middle man (and save some $$).

The only way to eliminate the middle man is to go to the court where they were filed. Talk with the court clerk and they will direct you to the proper department. And be ready to spend some money...normally you will have to pay per sheet, for anything that you ask for. Depending on what exactly you are looking for, it could run you from .10 per sheet up to over $500 per report.... And beware the on-line companies....They say...we will get you all the public records for.....and what you get for you money is...this court has these records, this departments has those records...you still end up going to the court to get them.....

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNHsx

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Go to your county government's website and see if the respective court shares this information online. It's amazing what they are putting online today from real estate to birth records.

Second choice is to actually go to the respective court and find the physical documentation yourself.

Thus properly eliminating any middle man!

As a genealogist I can tell you that no public records are free, not even your own. Try to get a copy of your birth certificate and it will cost you.
