What the F is brown sugar??? Is this like sugar that someone pooped out? Sugar that was burnt and thrown out? How the hell do I buy "brown sugar"?

Brown sugar is white sugar with molasses added. And how you buy it is you drive yourself to the store, go down the baking aisle, find the regular sugar, and the brown sugar is right next to it. You can buy it in a box or a bag. It comes either light or dark, buy whatever your recipes says because dark has more molasses. :-)

it's used in quite a lot of things. mostly desserts, cakes and whatnot.
