Yogurt, rice cereal, baby food. Sounds gross, but it has nutrients in it and it's very soft!! Mashed bananas, jello isn't bad for you if you get the sugar free kind. Doesn't really have any nutritional value, but it will give you some energy. You could try to blend soups in a blender and eat them. It doesn't sound that appealing, but it works. They make popsicles that are sugar free and have real fruit juice in them. That would help. Fruit juice would work too. Stay away from orange or anything with citrus in it though. You could just have broth. It will give you energy, and is semi-healthy. There really isn't that much out there. Refried beans maybe??

Oatmeal. High in Fiber, not much to chew. Long burning carbs that powered generations of farmers through long days.
Fruit favored baby food. Cool, sweet, refreshing. Real Fruit too.
You will probably be okay with Spaghetti (as long as its broken small) and a sauce (prego is actually pretty low fat and high in antioxidants).
Yougurt is high in calcium. Look for a variety low in sugar.
Scrambled eggs - good source of protein, and several vitamins and minerals. As long as you dont have many other sources of cholesterol, you'll be fine having a few a day.
Put some american cheese with them and have an omelet
Good Luck

I would be more concerned about getting enough fluid to keep me hydrated than I would about the healthy aspects of food I may not be able to eat.
Following my tonsil surgery [ as an adult ] I lost 8 pounds in 5 days and had to spend a day in the hospital getting re-hydrated via an IV line.

Know the asteroid wellhead tonsil stones them for many years and it's been title not eventually.
Best decision I've ever made! I was shocked by the way of getting out the stones out. It was so easy, but more importantly, painless. I really liked the little trick he had for preventing gag reflex. He have one happy customer here.
