Homosexuality is a sin in any Christian religion.

No one is a lez. They just choose to act on base impulses. If they learn to control those thoughts and not give into them, they can be a mormon just fine.

Only if you're having lesbian relationships (getting busy). What tendancies or feelings you have doesn't necessarily prevent you from being a Mormon, but how you deal with those feelings. Just like if I had random desires to sleep with hot women I saw...if I acted on them it would be a sin (especially because I'm married), but if I just realized they were part of the natural man and pushed them aside and didn't act on them or dwell on them, then I would probably be okay. It is a fine line and luckily I don't draw it. Only God can really be the judge.

It is a serious sin that would have to be discussed with a priesthood leader such as the Bishop or Stake President. In spite of sin we may be forgiven, if we repent.
As Paul said in Romans 1:26 "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:"

Generally it's not considered a sin to feel same-gender attraction (just as it's not a sin to feel tempted by whatever), but it considered a sin to entertain those feelings in thoughts and actions.

In any christian religion, it's a sin. If you are mormon, you can repent and not do it again, or be excommunicated. Your choice, but by repenting, you say to never do it ever again.

You would never be able to come out of the closet. But Utah (mormon country) is filled with Gay people, strange.

Mormon's are not homosexual.
If a Mormon chose to be homosexual they would be excommunicated.
