Why is it in windows vista?

Why is it in windows vista under “security” “group or user names”?
There are names that I have no idea where they came from?
Such as “INTERACTIVE” “uuid:1000000-0000-02000-0121a785d”
With permission like read & execute and read? These boxes are checked?
Should I worry about this?

It depends on what vista you are running, on pro and basic it won't matter.
