Any medication you take to rid that feeling while on the coaster and your friend may end up wearing it.gross.

im not sure if there is a quick fix medicine or a specialist doctor, but i think everyone gets that horrible butterfly feeling when they go on a roller coaster. When the roller coaster gets moving faster, they usually forget about that feeling because they pay more attention to the ride.

As weird as this answer may seem...you're supposed to be scared! That's the whole point! People actually like that "scary" feeling. For me, it's a quick stress release. If you think about it, I can scream as loud as I want without being told to "shut up."

For now your best option is if you're not up to coasting down the hill or enduring those loops, don't make yourself do it.

On the other hand, if you want to continue riding down those hills, try to think about what you'll scream. Don't close eyes. Go into the line as if you're about to grab a bull by it's horns!
