Does God support hurting/killing sinners?

i.e. gays, etc?

" revenge is mine saith the Lord" NO or we all deserve to be hurt or killed. We all are sinners and fall short of the glory of God. We are to judge the fellow brother if he claims to be a Christian and openly sins. We are to cast them out from our midst so they that they may realize their ways are perverse and repent of their sin. Then we are to forgive and accept them in.
