I've got someone on my mind and just can't get them out. We're not dating, but I like him. I see him usually 3 or 4 times a week, and lately we've been spending more time together. I'm still trying to figure out if he likes me too. I hate it because I sound like I have some high school crush, but we're in our mid-late 20s. I just can't get this guy out of my head! What do you do when this happens?

You can't really do much about it, it's part of life and having crushes. But you can get involved in other activities to take your mind off of him, like swimming, running, biking.

I think that if you really like him, you may never stop thinking about him unless it's clear you don't have a chance with him.

Let yourself think about them. There is nothing you can do...

If you *try* not to think about them, you will just end up thinking about hem even more, so your best bet is to just do something fun with your girlfriends or family, and *hope* that you can get your mind off him.

If you think about him right before you go to sleep, it might be love.

There is such a thing as love at first sight! I hate to tell you this but you have the signs of being in love. Good luck.
