Not Murder, maybe manslaughter though unless it can be proved the person knew they had a heart condition or they failed to try to revive the victim leaving them for dead without giving of seeking help.

If the bullet struck/pierced the sufferer first, then individual shooting would desire to be charged If the guy fell first & then the bullet struck him (very very incredibly probably venture), then individual who pushed would desire to be charged ! besides the shown fact that, if this is going to be unable to be desperate as to who did what first, (i.e., reason for dying is unclear) AND if that's a clean decrease actuality that the guy grew to become into pushed from an particularly extreme development (extreme adequate to reason dying) & the different guy's bullet pierced in direction of the sufferer, THEN the two would desire to be the two CHARGED WITH CONVICTION OF homicide AND attempt to homicide !

If the person had a preexisting medical condition they might be booked with negligent homicide. That would be pretty doubtful, because it would have to be found that the heart attack was induced by being pushed, and it would most likely be inconclusive.

They can be charged if their actions induced the heart attack, but like others have said I would bet it would be manslaughter.

most likely manslaughter, each state has its own requirements for every degree of murder, so the actual name will vary from state to state.

But yes you will be charged, since your "push" cased it to happen
