Crunches and CARDIO (if you want them on display)

Do a search for 'ab exercises'. Crunches (forward, reverse, side) are probably some of the more common ab toning exercises but there are a number of other options for variety and to work the entire abdominal area.

Add some cardio if you need to burn some calories/fat so your toned abs will show off to their best advantage.

Not sure there's a conclusive answer to that, but Self (self.com) is having a great three-month challenge right now. The magazine is aimed at women, but the eating tips and excercises are generic. I'm not sure it will specifically target your abs, but it will help with a healthier lifestyle, which will help your abs indirectly.

Leg lifts: Sit on the ground with your arms behind your back (to support them). Slowly lift and lower your legs.

Crunches: Do these on a fitness ball.

Side Bends: Stand with one arm on your head, the other with a weight. Slowly raise and lower the weight.

I am not a guy, so I can't really help ya much there, but...

While you're sitting on your computer straighten your back and pull your stomach in. It works your muscles.

Crunches, and sit ups would be good.

Try leg lifts. They can be a bear. Get on a good routine.
