get to know the cause of your teeth decay from your nearrest dentist.
My suggestion is get your teeth cleaned and filled by a qualified dentist, never take it out. Tooth decay is accumulation of bacteria and will keep getting bad untill the hole is thoughly cleaned and filled so no foriegn material accumulate in there.

It sounds like you lost a filling from your molar, so you better go to the dentist and get a temporary filling put in, so you do not get that tooth infected.

See your dentist to get the cavity filled if that is what it turns out to be.

First thing is to not drink cold water. Make sure it is luke warm, otherwise it is going to shoot right to your nerve. You can try putting ora-jel on it, but it sounds damaged. I would make a appointment as soon as you can to your dentist. If it hurts to drink, it probably will hurt to eat as well :( Good luck!
