Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Besides...sometimes...beauty can be a curse. You must learn to love what is on the inside and not external beauty. Either way..if you become a better person on the inside..it will definately show in your demeanor. You will be happier over all...which will in turn make you prettier..because everyone admires people who are truly happy.

No. "Beautiful" is a relative term used to describe what a person finds attractive. There are people out there that would never date anyone under 300 pounds. There are those out there that only like people with excessive piercings or no matter what they look like they have to follow a certain religious (or anti-religious) doctrine. No matter what you look like, SOMEONE is going to find you attractive. The only thing is that if you have a bad personality you may end up driving that person away.

I think that if you project confidence and look secure with yourself (as a result of trying to be better or whatever else), then you may radiate that in your physical appearance. Other people may notice.

Confidence is attractive, even if you don't have a 24" waist and 5'10" frame.

Not like an overhaul. But, I could see how being less hateful and stressed out all the time could lead to healthier skin and hair and whatnot. Also, if you are happier, you'd probably smile more, which makes you appear more beautiful to others.
