Tell her that she needs to tell you she has to go potty, do not wet in your pants. Maybe you should let her stay in the wet underwear for a little while, so she won't like how it feels and she will realize that you aren't going to change her as soon as she wets herself that she needs to go peeps in the potty. Its normal a kid gets mad ,frustrated for whatever reason to pee on her pants. My son is almost 4 and does this when he is pissed and doesnt get his way, its maybe like once or twice a week and never in public so far. He just got potty trained 2 months ago. About the affectionate part i have no clue why that happens. Maybe you should ask her pediatrician .

I wouldn't worry about this to much. It is natural for children to have wetting accidents sometimes up to around 3-4 years old. Even when my grandson goes to HeadStart he carries a change of clothes with him, the whole class does. If she doing pretty well all is fine with her progress. Good luck to you.
