Fedor is fighting Matt Lindland in St. Petersburg in April

Well in his current contract he is allowed to fight for other organizations as long as the fight takes place in his home country, and Fedor is trying to get MMA more exposure in Russia.

Now this is just a rumor so take it for what its worth, Fedor's contract is different than most fighters because it is with DSE (PrideFC's parent company) and not PrideFC (an entity of DSE) but DSE recently got bought out so since Fedor's contract is with DSE which will no longer exist after Pride 34: Kamikazi. That means that Fedor's contract is void and would have to be resigned. According to one source Fedor does not like the UFC and has already signed a long term contract with BodogFight (the promotor of his against Matt Lindland) pending the sale of PrideFC's finalization. But another source quotes Fedor as saying he would love to fight for the UFC Heavyweight title, so only the future will tell. Honestly if he signs with BodogFight he would be wasting his talent because there is simply no fighter in their roster that can compete with "The Russian Experiment".

he has one fight left with pride but has sign a long contract with bodog but bodog are not exclusive and fedor has the option to continue to fight for pridefc
