i am a very jealous person and i don't know why and i don't know how to stop it my boyfriend has a very flirty personality and i don't even think he realizes it he does not see it as flirting he sees it as just being nice but he knows that it bothers me and he said he would try his best to stop but i just want to know how i can stop my jealousy and maybe channel it into something else and learn how to trust him more he's never done anything to make me believe that i can't trust him

I try to not let myself go there...jealousy makes everyone miserable!...some things I have done are to try to get to know the object of my jealousy...that usually works...another thing is to realize that just because some other female is flirting with my man, he is MY MAN...and they should be the one who is jealous, not me...most of all, don't react when someone is trying to make you jealous...if you do exactly the opposite of what they are trying to get you to do, they will give up because you aren't fun to do that to...does that make sense?...it worked for me and I used to be a very jealous, miserable person...

Jealousy is Jealousy it's hard to stop. Its natural. Right now the best thing for you to do is trust him. He might not even notice he is still doing it. If it keeps bothering you, talk to him again.

one thing i found that was good for me was to just talking to him about it seriously and letting him know what yor feelings are, then let him know how you feel and ask how he feels about you, if you come to the agreement that you both have good feelings for each other, then after that point their is nothing to worry about. My mom always tells me that no matter how hard you try to keep someone from doing something, the decision is, in the end up to him. You worring and stressing about it wont keep it from happening, just try your best to trust him and let fate run its course.
