Make sure you just eat healthy and drink alot of water and cut back on sugars like pop and candy. Just do this and you should see some results in two weeks. Have a 1600 calorie a day plan. Don't go less than that or you will deprive yourself of the stuff you need. Don't skip meals or you'll gain becuase the body will store more fat thinking you aren't going to feed it for a while so it will keep the fat and feed off of that so don't skip meals. Good Luck

First of all find a level amount of calories that you currently eat and work out how much this is.
Then, reduce this amount by 500Kcals on daily consumption.
Do this for 2 weeks and see if you lose weight. If not reduce your daily intake by a further 500 Kcals and see what happens after another fortnight. You should find an optimum amount of calories for you to consume to reach your goals.

Remember though you must still eat a balanced diet and spread the calories over 8 meals preferably.

You can loose weight withough exercise and drugs, by consuming less calories than what you use. You don't want to cut them too low, otherwise your body will go into 'starvation' mode and it will end up coming of slowly. The amount of calories to consume is all dependent on your height/weight activity levels, as everyone will have different stats. You say without exersise but did you know, exersise will help to build lean muscle tissue, which in the long run will help you to burn more calories, even when sitting! It really is worth considering exerscise, as it really is a good long term weight loss stratergy, helps you to tone up and feel great! Good luck!

I'm disabled and obviously cannot exercise much because I can't walk -- I use a power wheelchair for everything. On my 22nd birthday, I weighed 320 lbs. Next month is my 27th birthday, and I weigh 145 lbs. I've lost the weight and kept it off with a low-carb lifestyle. NOW, here's the thing: do NOT expect to "go off the diet" when you reach your goal weight, because it is NOT a diet. I am fully aware that I will have to spend the rest of my life eating the way I do, but to be a 6' tall size 6 is worth it, not to mention I feel better, my vitals are GREAT, and though I was quickly becoming a Type II Diabetic, I've halted the progress. The doctor said I saved my own life by not listening to him. My husband has also lost about 100 lbs since he joined me doing low-carb about three and a half years ago and now more closely resembles a Greek god. His cholesterol dropped from disturbingly high to 93. I don't count calories, and just had a great Caesar salad, roasted chicken from a restaurant, and broiled asparagus with olive oil. Oh, and two glasses of white Ontario wine. :oP LOL Not too bad a dinner, eh?

Not sensibly or in any safe sustained way. If you drop your calorie intake below a certain point your body switches in to starvation mode to conserve energy. This means you loose weight very slowly. You also begin to digest body protein as well as fat, resulting in muscle loss. This may even affect the heart.

Less in more out, its the only way.

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Around 1,500 calories.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

No special diet,no herbal/dangerous/illegal drugs will fix it for you in 10 minutes without the need for you to get off the couch!

It depends on how much you consume normally every day. I've heard from most sites that you should not eat less than 1200, 1500 to be safer.

If you want to lose a pound (3500 calories) weekly, just cut back 500 calories a day. That may be about two candy bars.

You can lose weight by dieting alone. Your calorie intake depends on your weight at the start and which sex you are. If you are more than 2 stone overweight then you can still lose weight on 1200-1500 calories a day, you have to decrease this as you lose weight to 1,000-1,200 per day. Any less and you are not having a healthy diet. You lose fluid as well as weight in the first couple of weeks, therefore losing 4-7lbs on average per week. This should drop to an average of 2lbs per week after that.

You may not have time to workout but TRUST me. If you just worked out like 10 minutes a day it would be better than eating less.

If you just cut back food, you'll lose muscle. I am sure now you're going "Oh I am not a guy, I don't need muscle to impress girls" but muscle is very important. You need muscle to have a thin, head-turning body.

Also my mom did this whole "No workout, just eat less" diet, and she's getting flabby. I won't lie, she is skinny, but she can't really wear a bikini or anything like that.

Hope this Helps

you can buy an electronic stimulator which you put on to where you need to tone or lose weight. You can usually get them at boots etc. You put the pads on with special gel (get some if it does not come in the pack!) on the bits you want teasing and away it goes! Sit back an enjoy tele or whatever!
