I like Montreal Steak Seasoning. Several companies make it. Its a blend of course salt, cracked pepper, and a few other things. Its pretty tasty on just about anything.

My favorite spice has got to be Posh, just because she is married to David Beckam (Whooo Wee he is a hottie!), oh...you mean like salt, pepper...
Um, then I would have to say Garlic (in any form) It keeps the vampires away, you know!
:o)

My favorite is garlic, garlic, and more garlic. If they bottled it as cologne I'd wear it. Love McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning. Basil is also yummy......

I have lots of favorites for different applications, but the one I use the most - for everything from flavoring pasta water to prepping my steaks - is garlic salt.

Garlic is not a spice, it is a vegetable, unless you mean dried. My fav spice has to be cayenne pepper.

I love the smell of rosemary! I use it on chicken and vegetables. There is nothing like the smell of Roasted Rosemary Chicken!
