Ok, grammatically, I'm not sure I followed.

As far as the falling out of bed thing, put his mattress on the floor with a folded quilt beside it. this will at least reduce the risk of his getting hurt and will probably make it so "falling" out of bed doesn't even wake him.

maybe put his bed up to the wall so you only have to worry about the one side, place him as close to the wall as possible, put big pillows along side of him, and put baby crib mattress on floor just in case. maybe play some music for him all night for a while tell he gets use to it, have night light on, I would not give him anything before bed maybe he is having nightmares, I use to give my son a bed time snack but had to stop when I caught on to it was causing bad dreams, as hard as it may be just keep replacing him in bed first time out take him right back tell him it's bed time, give kisses and walk back out, second time don't talk to him just place him back in bed and walk out keep doing this with no talking easier then it sounds but soon he will realize that your not giving in and he will give up, each night will get better good luck
