There should be no age limit. But, you will want to call the salon ahead of time and see what they say. If you are under the age of 18 in my salon, your parent has to sign a form saying that they allow you to get the chemical service. Just make sure that the person getting the perm is able to sit still for about 2 hours. They need to be very patient.

nope!!!!!!!!! i had a friend in third grade who got his hair permed!!! and he looked really cute! go for it girl!!!!!

I don't think there is a clear age limit, but when people are old (over 60), any contact with chemical could cause better chances to get cancer.
