Well I met this very attractive, sweet, caring young lady about two months ago. We started off slow, and then as time went on, we got close. I started caring about her, and she about me. We spent some time out of town together, and it was wonderful. Well a few weeks ago, I started noticing that she was getting distant towards me. I asked her what was wrong, , but I figured it out before she could tell me. She was home sick. She missed her family. I am not one to come between someone and their family. We agreed to just be friends. Problem is I care alot about here. She walked into my life one day, and now she is about to walk away. Help!!! It hurts knowing that she leaving. Why me? What can I do? Am I doing the right thing by staying away?

She just doesn't like you. Girls aren't attracted to wussies. They like men that are cocky confident jerks.

It sounds like you are hesitant to trust your own feelings. If you don't express yourself, you run the risk of somebody else defining you. It looks like a decision has been made in that regard by the girl you're talking about.
1 Corinthians 13 says what love is.
If I speak in human or angelic tongues, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 Love never fails.

How far away will she be moving? IS she moving? Is she just staying for an extended or indeterminate period? Would you be able to visit her once in a while? Perhaps there could be a way to work out a long-distance relationship. it's the always the best case scenario, but it could work.

I know how you feel, the girl I wanted the most did not seem very excited about going out with me, but if she doesn't feel the same about you, then you just have to go on with life and look for somebody else. Give her a little time, then try to talk to her again and tell her how you feel, and if she just wants to be friends, you have to accept that.

if you love her set her free without regret if she returns hold her and never let her go. sounds like this is your situation. i think you really need to figure out that as much as you love her she misses her family. i think there more important to her than you . thats usually a key that its not a real thing to be involved in . i suggest that you dont feel that you will never find the right women cause when we look we never find what we really want sometimes what we really want is in front of your eyes at a certain time in your life. just hold on and dont feel like theres no tommarow

Why are you staying away? Does she live that far that she can't visit her family frequently? If she is homesick, usually a visit home will cure that. Maybe you can move closer to her family?

Maybe you can give her ideas for her to feel better maybe she can move near her family again and you can too. If it is real than go for it if not just be friends cause you would not want to move for nothing!
