Well, the very easy way is to use Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix. It is a lot more expensive then the other brownie mix but it tastes like a homemade fudgey chewy brownie. It comes out perfect every time I make it (unlike when I make it from scratch!)

I posted this for another brownie question, but here it is again. This is the best, easiest way i know to make brownies.
Get a box of basic brownie mix, add half a bag of chocolate chips (whatever flavor you desire), half a bag of marshmallows (this makes the brownies chewy), and half a bag of pecans.
Follow the directions on the box, and voila! These are so yummy, I always get rave reviews.

If you want them chewy, just take them out of the oven a few minutes earlier than usual.

Use less eggs than the recipe calls for. The eggs make them fluffy and rise higher than baking without them. If you omit all eggs, add 1/2 cup mayonaise to make them moist.
