is it bad to wash your hair everyday? i just dont feel right when i dont. im only 13 and i dont really put nothing bad in my hair just gel. what are the consequences that might happen to my hair?

i would wash myhair everyday if i put gel in it as well. it's best to wash your hair every other day so that your natural oils ae absorved by your hair, which will make it healthier. But if you have gel, then leaving that on for too long can cause build up and maybe dandruff...YUK!
Try using a light hair serum (oil) if you want to tame it a bit. But defenitely don't leave gel overnight.
baby oil is really bad! it makes your hair greasy and it doesn't go away. instead, spend $5.00 on a little bolltle of john freida hair serum and you'll be ok.

Everyone has different kind of hair that need different things. Some need to everyday - others can skip a day and others only have to once a week.
I have had to wash my hair everyday since I was a teen (been a long long time....). No harm so far. Otherwise, I'd look and feel icky.
Do what you need do. Pay attention to how it feels. If it feels dry put more moisture in it (leave in oils and conditioners). If doesnt wash as normal. Dont worry, there are people out there that do far more/worse and their hair still looks good.

nothing bad is gonna happen. Washing your hair everyday is fine. If you have dandruff or something then it is better. It is also better to get the gel out if you put it in your hair everyday, then to just let it sit in your hair

Its not horrible people do it but its suggested that you dont because it can dry out your scalp and hair. You could do it every other day. Um and I say that washing it everyday because of dandruff is bad because it could make it worse. Dandruff is because of a dry scalp. It excessive shedding of dead skin cells. Your hair needs that natural oils your scalp produces to stay healthy. Its really not a bad thing to not wash your hair everyday so dont worry about it.

i dont think anythign will happen to ur hair if u wash them everyday try to wash them every other day and see if it helps or ask a doctor , and sometimes some gels dont suit ur hair and ur hair gets mest up so see if the gel is okay for ur hair probably its t he gel

no, it's not bad, but when you wash ur hair, you are washing the natural oils out - (which we need for healthy hair) - i wash my hair every other day - 'cause i know how you feel.
consequences would be just dry hair . - no worries - good luck

gel breaks your hair off and washing it everyday strips it of natural oils, try to limit. and flat ironing your hair or anything with heat causes breakage and split ends.

you can wash your hair everyday with a mild shampoo and a good conditioner.
try MOP Glisten shampoo & conditioner.
i would avoid any oils put into your hair..
try bumble & bumble styling wax ( it rinses out with water)

your hair will dry out and start breaking and gel has alcohol and that bad for your hair

it is not bad to wash your hair everyday. but unless your hair is greasy it is best to only shampoo every other day.
p.s. i dont really put ANYTING bad in my hair just gel< grammar
