there is this weird cat in my neighborhood and it`s scaring me.what should i do?i don`t know if it`s my neghbor`s or anyones!!!

How is it weird and why does it scare you?
Are you not familiar with cats? They won't bother you unless you call them or they are super friendly then they might want you to pet them or rub against your legs and purr.

If you leave the cat alone it will not bother you so why do you feel the need to do something with the cat?
It really amazes me that people would be afraid of a little cat...how many cats have you heard of attacking and killing people? How many dogs have attacked and killed a person?
Your fears are unfounded!

Ask neighbours first, if it's not theirs, ask if they ahve any idea who'se it could be. Just cause it seems creepy doesn't mean it can't be someone's pet. Why oh why don't people put freaking collars with tags on their cats! Cops have better things to do than come look at kitties when they ahve even less clue where it came from. My neighbour used to sit at his wondow looking at me, that's creepy, if the cat doesn't come close to you, there's little anyone can do just cause you don't like the look of it.

why is it scaring you? do you think it has rabies? if so, call animal control. otherwise grow up.
if it looks well-fed its just someone's pet cat that likes to roam the neighborhood. leave the cat alone unless its bothering you.

may be its a cat thats amking that sound al night ca n be osmething else or somebody else that making aloud noises . well just leave it alone maybe willl stop soon. have you even ask if youre next door neighbor has a cats that does stays out door and making weired noises at nights. or you can just put a ears plugs inside youre ears so that you wont even hear it again .

If you live on a military base it best to call the mp's, but if not call the cops, they will take it somewhere better, but not 911
