To me i think any ex tp friends is off limits unless if the other person really doesnt mind it. If they dont mind id say to wait until the other person is ready to have another relationship then it is a good time.

I personally wouldn't but I guess if one wanted too they should wait until the friend has moved on to another relationship and then one should sit down and talk about it with the friend out of consideration?
