I heard him ranting and raving--did he serve his country? I am a Vietnam Vet and I still remember the same type of blithering weasels who were all for the War-but never picked up a weapon.

I don't think he ever served in the military. Is that the definition of a "chickenhawk"?

But are you aware that there are more vets in office on the Republican side than on the Democrat side? I bet you the same is true of reporters & political commentators.

Beck is a political commentator with a comical twist - as is Bill Maher, Jon Stewart, Al Franken & Dennis Miller.

To my knowledge Beck is just a neo-con chickenhawk blithering weasel. Heh heh heh, blithering weasel, it fits too, there are a lot of weasel's running around the media and Washington these days.

Beck is just a loud-mouth wannabe. Every now and again he decides to dust off his plastic AmeriFlags and pretend he really, really cares about the military.

Then, after a week or so, he'll find another schtick to blabber about.

I've heard him do this before. He's annoying, but harmless.

And, no. He hasn't even worn a Cub Scout uniform, let alone serve in the military.

And to compare him to neocons is a grave insult to REAL neocons.

Dunno 'bout his backing up the troops in the field like 7 to 1 did , driving trucks, cooking, etc. Was a tunnel rat forall I know.
He backs his country NOW and that's what matters MOST. Liberals who can't be bothered having children usually yell the most about Gold Star Parents who are proud of their kids fighting for Democracy.

not sure what YOUR element is... yet Beck's element is that Soros has a historic previous of collapsing regimes and has stated that now he has his sites set on usa because of the fact he see usa as an impediment to globalization.

No, he's not a neo-con.

Do you even know what a neo-con is, or are just like a parrot that repeats what it hears?

if you listen long enough you'll find that he does not want another Vietnam with safe zones and politicized rules of engagement. If we are going to do it, let's do it to win.
