Take pictures of people that want their picture taken.
Funny how you have to pay a model, but you get paid to take a picture of a baby.

My first instinct is, if you have to ask a question like this, you are not likely to make any money from photography. With the onslaught of digital SLRs, everyone thinks they are magically a great photographer, The plain fact is, there is no gold mine in photography, even for talented and skilled shooters. (Which you may be.)

Weddings and Babies. There is always a market. Don't expect to make much money in photography even if you are above average. Photography is an expensive hobby in which you may sometimes make back a little of which you spend.
If you don't like or aren't skilled enough taking pictures, just do it for your own enjoyment.
