There are several programs just like Photoshop that might be free but any Photoshop that you get for free would be illegal. Sorry, I would want it free too.

You can but it's illegal.. There are a lot of P2P sites & torrent sites but i advise you to just use a free program or pay for it..

You can download a trial from www.adobe.com. If you want the full version you can buy it or pirate it from a warez site or torrents.
