For about 3 months now I've had a headache off and on, it veries in severeiy, but it is always there, and its usualy only on the right side around the temple area. My right eye also will have a ramdom twitch like feeling , you cant see it but it feels weird, I thought it was just sinus but I'm having no other problems related to that. Anyone had this happen??

Sounds more like a migraine than a sinus problem. I have been getting migraines for about 8 years now. Go out and buy some Excedrin Migraine. When you feel a migraine coming on take the Excedrin. It usually stops my migraines about 15-20 min after I take it. Also when you get the migraines sit down in a dark, quiet room. Putting an Ice Pack on your forehead usually helps as well. If your migraines get any worse then what they are you do need to see a doctor and get on a prescription for them. Good Luck and I hope this helps.

Yes, about 1 to 2 times a week. I suffer from chronic migraines. I have a muscle under my eyelid that flares up when I get one. It causes my lower eyelid to twitch ever so slightly. It's annoying as crap. Take some excedrin migraine for the headaches.

Go see your doctor for the best medical advice.
God Bless and hope you feel better

It sounds like a migrane. If it's messing with your everyday life make sure you see a doctor - there are so many good meds that can treat it nowadays!

Yes. It is related to your sinus, but not quite. Its probably your brain constantly sending signals to that nerve that are saying to test itself. What you should do though, is see a docter.
