I can't open my email, well i can open them but they're blank!?! even ones i have read before are blank. i have done a virus scan and removed a couple of adware's but still can't read them!?! any ideas?

Try opening your mail using a different computer (Like in an internet cafe) and see if they are still blank.. If not, then it is only your computer and you still have a virus in your PC and need to format or remove it..

you neglected to say how you connect to get your mail.
If you are using a web interface such as an Internet page, then you could need to clear All files from your browser history, and then reload the page and try again.
as others have said it could be a mail server problem such as the mail server is down.
If you are using outlook, outlook express or any other mail readers / clients, then your program could have developed a bug. outlook has a repair feature accessed via clicking help I'm not sure on repair for other readers, though you should be able to remove the program and reinstall it.
if you used a free program like AVG then try running a different on-line scan such as http://housecall.trendmicro.com
allow the scan to run, then clean what it can and delete or quarantine what it can not clean. If you decide to quarantine an unclean-able recheck your system using the scan in a few days after removing the files from quarantine, if they still are unclean-able then it is best to delete them.
Sorry, if it sounds like I'm talking to you like you are an idiot, but some people have little or no clue.
To be honest it sounds more like you are using an Internet browser and you need to clear the cache. I do not know what browser you are using so i can not provide more accurate information.

You could just not be getting email...
Just kidding. There could be a number of problems:
1) You email provider has gone luey
2) Your email program (if it is other than an internet browser) could be malfunctioning
3) The most likely cause could be that you have firewall/email protection problems, which could be blocking your email because it thinks it's baaaaad, or it could be going luey too.
I like the word luey. Hehehehe.

you have malware just download spy bot and run it my neighbor had the same problem and my father-in-law is a tech support at a school system here in georgia and that is what they did to fix his problem. If that dont work then im sorry

Installed program on your computer:
try either re-installing windows while putting all your personal files that you can't re-install on a portable hard-drive.
or just re-install your program
if it's a website it might be down or something. make a complaint to the provider.
