Sometimes you have to just do what's right. Contact her parents or college authorities. Anorexia can cause heart failure among other things and it sounds like she is already very unhealthy. Be a true friend and get her help before it is too late. I'm welling to bet at that height and weight that people are already suspicious that something is wrong.

If this was in its beginning stages, I would tell you to get her to a therapist and keep reaffirming to her that she is beautiful and doesn't need to lose weight. However, 90 lbs. is an emergency. She should be checked into a hospital as soon as possible and should talk to a professional. This is a very serious thing and you need to take action immediately

Try showing her some pictures of anorexic models. Show her the consequences of what she is getting herself into, and hhopefully, she'll come around. That's as simple as I can put it. Hope this helped in some small way.

there isn't much you can do, she needs serious help. All you can do is be supportive and try to get her help. She has to stop on her own with the help she is getting

unless she wants help, she will never listen, make her aware of her weight issue and see how she responds, if she is defensive, let it go, you will cause harm in your friendship if you push to hard to make her understand her problem
