I know the lead singer is, but what about the rest of the group?

He has admitted that he is not always "perfect" and that being on tour and being in a band has lots of temptation, which would explain some of the lyrics.

You can't get kicked out of the LDS church unless you commit a serious sin like murdering someone or something else that is serious. Then you will most likely be excommunicated.

im not sure ive heard of the group though
ive heard at least one is mormon but dont know about rest.
i dont think u could get kicked out for writing not so great songs because most songs are based on feelings and experiences but if he did bad things like drugs and got caught he is more likely to get kicked out. not by songs alone though.

I didn't know he was Mormon... couldn't he get kicked out of the church for some of the lyrics???
