The pagan imagery of the womb is that it is a place of deity. Also along with this imagery is the idea that white means ashes or death or semen. It's all a bit scary. (I'm a girl, by the way. Oh, you could tell from the avatar.)
The Bible's point of view is at Psalms 139. The womb represents the earth. It's not Mother Earth. It's lots of bipedal "earth mothers".

Why be afraid of pregnant women...they can't get pregnant twice...lol
unless you mean their moodiness or temperment as for that everyone is unique and respond to pregnancy and hormones differently.

strange question, if you mean scared to get a women Pregnant. no. if you mean after I get one pregnant, yea. There never happy with you. If you mean other people preg. women no, don't deal with them.

this is a nasty topic, i say if a man has the guts to risk getting a girl pregnant, and she does, should have the guts to approach the parents, and confess.
and not run and hide.
imagine how SCARED the girl would be. of her paernts reaction, and of what she will have to go through. i say you stand by her, and not run and hide.
