Because i have been sick about once a month and thats not normal for wats normal is 2 times a year or something like that. My dad says it the fact that i always have my hands in my mouth. So anyone know what things on my hands could actually make me sick?
I know it's sort of Like a DUH question but i wanna know yalls opinion

You have to pay attention to what you're touching. If you're using public restrooms (even at school), always wash your hands afterward. If you play sports or participate in any activity where you're in contact with other human beings, even if you're just sitting in class, you're coming in contact with their germs (think about how many other people sit at that same desk). If you play with your dog or cat, wash your hands afterward.

I am sorry I cannot give yu all the sientific answers u deserve but everything is on your hands from the disease you get from bo bo to hep and the flu I mean it is literally a billlion different things

germs are the most common causes of all kinds of illness and colds. frequent hand washing with warm soapy water. it is recommend that you wash for at least 30 seconds.
