toning your shoulders and chest area? I've lost all the weight I need, but I have very "european" looking shoulders, they're broad..and I can be very insecure about them. I go to the gym everyday, does anyone know of a specific machine I could incorporate into my daily routine, that will help target that area? I know I can't help having broad shoulders, but I think I could definitely tone them up a bit to make them look better...thanks in advance everyone!

Just put your hands together opalms touching elbows straight out and press your hands as hard as possible. That will work the pecs and shoulders... Hold the press for ten. Do that for three times a few times a day.

Also with elbows still straight out - chest level pointing to the side - hook your fingers and pull for the same count of 10. Its the reverse of the 1st one...

simple push ups can be good for shoulders and chest especially if you just want to tone up. make sure your hands are wide enough to work on your chest or your triceps will be doing most of the work. Do them on your knuckles with your knuckles turned horizontally for shoulders

I'll change with you. I was blessed with narrow shoulders, so I'll take yours and you can have mine.!!
