Somewhere in Europe, probably Denmark, Sweden or the Netherlands.
While these Countries all tax you a LOT more than in the U.S. (which is bad enough already), you actually SEE that Money being used for useful things, not unnecessary wars.
People are less narcissistic there and care more about Human Rights than we do. They also seem to value education more.
Don't get me wrong, you asked a question, I STILL think this is the best Country in the world although I often get angry at things we DO, nobody offers more opportunity.
