He died in Jerusalemme, at a place so-called Skull Place, which is called Gol´go·tha in Hebrew;
The place where he was resurrected must not have been far from Golgota. The tomb had an entrance requiring a big stone to close it, and this stone apparently was of the circular type sometimes used. (Mt 27:57-60; Mr 16:3, 4; Joh 19:41, 42)

Jesus died on Golgatha( translates to place of the skulls)
He was burried in a tomb outside Golgatha where he was crucified and therefore THAT is where he was resurrected.

Jesus was born in bethlehem and was killed in Jerusalem. I am not sure the location of his resurrection, I don't have my Bible with me. Hope someone else can fill in the last blank for you.
