Someone told me this...I'm still pretty confused. I checked a Latin to English dictionary and still couldn't find it.

"Love conquers all, and we surrender to love."

The original is 'cedamus' which changes the meaning to the subjunctive, 'let us surrender to love.' It's from Virgil.
