I used to know the answer to this question. It's been so long since I've had to forget someone, that I actually forgot how I did it. My guess is this: TIME HEALS!

Best way to forget a person you were once romantically involved in is to go out and have fun with friends. Try to go out and meet new guys/girls which ever case maybe and go out on dates more often. Dont stay home or be alone most of the time, feeling sorry for yourself. The person you think you love dont feel the same as you do. He/she is probably having such a good time and never even thought about you for a moment.

its going to be hard yes but just try to not think of him and keep things in the open that remind u about him need to go day but day it should get a little easier

One day you will find somone and the other person will slip quietly away from you. Yuo might think about him every once in awhile but it will be for different reasons. JUst hang tight.

my method of forgeting someone i like is that.... i always say that i'm not good enough for him... im not worth it for him... i'm to dumb to be with a smart guy... all those things so i wont have the feeling of love towards him anymore and then he'll just be forgotten...

Out of sight, out of mind. Remove anything that reminds you of them from your life. It happens rather fast,, about 1 month or so.

Just try to keep your mind off of them. Do whatever it takes to keep your mind busy. If you catch yourself trying to think about him or her, then just do something you like to do or call up one of your friends.
