Consume less calories than you burn. Running, pilates, swimming, and kickboxing are good for thinner legs and stomach. So is dancing.

Make a conscious effort to hold your abs in all the time.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park far away from the door (if it's safe to do so). Simple changes.

Any activity, really, is better than nothing.

Get thinner legs by running, and a flatter stomach by eating less and healthier and doing sit ups.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Ride an exercise bike with resistance. It works your legs and abs at the same time!

i second this question......... all i know is crunchs ( 50 a day)

and supermans ( hold for a minute then relax and do 10 times a day)
