I would like to create my own cursors (pointers). How can I do it? Should I use a specific program?

NOTE: I'm using Windows Vista (Home Premium Edition).

Go to http://www.wincustomize.com and look for their cursor program. I know they have been working on all their programs to be compatible with Vista, but don't know current status of the Cursor design program.
